1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FSecurity services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

FSecurity provides on-demand security services including:

• Professional bodyguard services
• Certified sober driver services
• Secure cash and valuable transport
• Real-time tracking and monitoring

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account
• Using services in compliance with applicable laws
• Treating our personnel with respect and professionalism
• Paying for services in accordance with agreed terms

4. Service Limitations

Our services are subject to availability and may be limited by:

• Geographic coverage areas
• Personnel availability
• Legal and regulatory requirements
• Safety and security considerations

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

6. Liability and Insurance

FSecurity maintains appropriate insurance coverage and will be liable only to the extent provided by law and our insurance policies. Users are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage.

7. Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Emergency cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes will be resolved in Armenian courts.
